Field service support and parts
Parkinson Technologies provides installation supervision, commissioning, training, trouble-shooting and process improvement services to its global customer base, in addition to spare parts for both new and old machinery for all product lines. When possible, network data interface modules are installed with new machinery to enable comprehensive and secure remote diagnostics and control capabilities to any internet-enabled location world-wide.
Field Service Technicians
Our service group is composed of industry veterans with up to twenty-five years of turn-key field experience installing, commissioning and servicing the full range of the company’s equipment on a global basis. Full-time field service technicians are deployed to any location world-wide and are supplemented by project managers, product specialists and mechanical or electrical/controls engineers as necessary. Our service technicians can supply complete customer training as well as in-depth technical support required to keep your machines up and running. Please contact us for more information.
