Engineering Capabilities
Mechanical Engineering
The Mechanical Engineering team consists of highly qualified full-time engineers plus seasonal, full-time interns. Collectively, their capital equipment experience exceeds one hundred years, and professional engineering experience exceeds one hundred fifty years. Engineering specialties include coating and process engineering, web handling, advanced engineering of thermo-set plastics, machine and tool design, injection molding, extrusion, and blown films.
Currently, team members posses over two dozen patents with several others pending in various fields.
Electrical Engineering
The Electrical Engineering group represents over forty-five cumulative years of engineering experience, including thirty years of capital equipment and forty years of plastics exposure. Specializations include biaxial orientation lines, sheet lines, coaters, extrusion systems, turret winders, PLC programming, HMI process controls, electrical distribution, and supervisory control systems.
Operations
The Operations team includes Mechanical Engineering experience, with Operations Management and Supervisory posts representing a combined seventeen years in mechanical engineering capacities and two dozen years of Parkinson and Marshall and Williams experience.
