Biaxial Orientation Plastic Processing Systems
Biaxial Orientation Plastic Processing Systems
An industry leader since the 1950s, Marshall and Williams Plastics has been at the forefront when it comes to custom engineered plastic processing orientation systems for BOPS, BOPP, BOPLA, BOPET, BOPVC, and many other specialty oriented film, sheet and netting products.
The Marshall and Williams Plastics biaxial orientation process is sequential. A typical line consists of an extrusion system followed by a casting system, upstream gauging system, machine direction orienter (MDO), transverse direction orienter (TDO), surface treatment system and winder.
