Silva Appointed at Parkinson Technologies

Greg Silva, of Coventry, RI has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.  He is a graduate of Bryant College and a Certified Public Accountant.  Mr. Silva comes to Parkinson from Long Reach Holdings, Inc. where he was Director of Finance.   He had also spent several years with Stanley-Bostitch and Ernst & Young LLP.  In his new role he will be responsible for the financial management of the company’s three divisions. 

The facility in Woonsocket, Rhode Island houses Parkinson Technologies Inc., maker of world class winding and web-handling machinery; Marshall and Williams Plastics Division, specializing in extrusion and orientation machinery for plastics; and its affiliate company Key Filters, Inc., a leading maker of melt filtration equipment.
