Parkinson Technologies is pleased to announce the sale of a continuous automatic surface winder to Aim Technologies of Pune, India. The new winder will be used as part of a manufacturing line to produce nonwoven air filtration products.
Aim Technologies was founded in Pune in 1997. The company manufactures air filtration products and medical disposables and sells its products throughout Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the Indian sub-continent.
After reseraching nonwovens production machinery, Aim decided to purchase a new high-speed winder from Parkinson because of the company's reputation for producing quality machinery, and its specific experience in nonwovens applications.
"We are growing our business and investing in new machinery and technology," said Dhiren Shah, (TITLE) at Aim Technologies. "After doing a global search for the best winding machinery and the best value, we decided on Parkinson. They have the technology, nonwovens experience and the customer support we feel is necessary to hep us succeed."
"India is a nation on the brink of enormous growth in plastics and nonwovens," said Carl Nowiszewski, Segment Manager/Business Development Executive, Nonwovens for Parkinson. "Aim Technologies is a good example of a start-up Indian company that is poised to grow, and they are investing in their future by purchasing high-quality machinery and equipment. We're pleased to be working with them and look forward to contributing to thier future success."
