March 10, 2009

Woonsocket, RI

Parkinson Technologies Inc. will feature product updates for its primary winding and plastics stretching machinery at NPE 2009, in addition to launching a new machine in its converting product line. The company will be exhibiting in Booth #75027 in McCormick Place North.

Parkinson's DUSENBERY®  brand will feature a new, highly flexible machine for the small to medium scale converter. The machine is designed to take into consideration the economic challenges these converters face, yet brings new levels of productivity, safety and performance using full PLC controls and high-speed differential slitting and rewinding for full converting flexibility.

Product and technology updates will also be highlighted at Parkinson's booth. Items include the company's patented POSITRAN® surface winding technology, its SUPERFLEX® stretching system for plastics orientation and its exclusive compression roll drawing (CRD) orientation technology that has been featured at recent extrusion and plastic processing conferences.

From upstream primary processing to downstream converting, Parkinson's comprehensive machinery line-up and turnkey capabilities offers customers integrated solutions for a broad range of product and performance requirements.
